Welcome to Corvids Lab. By opting into our SMS messaging service, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Program Description & Consent
Corvids Lab sends transactional text messages, including one-time security passcodes (OTP), account alerts, technical support ticket updates, and system maintenance notifications to our registered users.
You provide explicit consent to receive these messages when you provide your mobile number on our contact or signup forms and check the explicit agreement box. Consent to receive automated text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with our services, your account activity, and the number of technical support requests you submit to Corvids Lab.
3. Cost / Rates
Corvids Lab does not charge for our text messaging service. However, message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. Depending on your wireless plan, your carrier may charge you for receiving or sending text messages. Please consult your wireless provider for details on your plan.
4. How to Opt-Out (Stop)
You can cancel and opt out of the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” in reply to any message you receive from us. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you a final SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this confirmation message, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to receive updates again in the future, simply opt-in via our web portal as you did the first time.
5. How to Get Help (Help)
If you are experiencing issues with our messaging program or need assistance, you can reply to any of our messages with the keyword “HELP”.

6. Supported Carriers
The SMS service is available on all major United States wireless carriers (including AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon Wireless) as well as various regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Data Privacy
We value your privacy. All information collected through our SMS service will be handled in strict accordance with our . Your SMS opt-in data and mobile information will never be shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
